A. The Hudson United Methodist church family is comprised of people who reach out in friendliness.

Q. What are Sunday services like?

A. We come together at 9:00 am on Sundays for a traditional service. There is a special time for children in our worship service.

Q. What would be expected of me as a member of Hudson UMC?

A. You would be expected to attend worship regularly and support it through your prayers, presence, gifts, and service.

Q. What do I need to do to belong to Hudson UMC?

A. First, contact the pastor or the church office about becoming a member. At that time you and the pastor would agree on a time for you to come forward to be welcomed into the church body and receive the vows of membership.

Q. What about my children?

A. Children are always welcome in the worship services. We have a Young Disciples Time during the worship service.

Q. What does Hudson UMC believe?

Hudson UMC believes that scripture should be interpreted through tradition, reason, and experience.

Q. What do I do when I first arrive for worship?

A. You will be greeted at the door and then be asked to fill out a yellow card so our Care Team can follow-up through the week. We won’t introduce you during worship unless you wish to be. We hope you will participate in the worship of the congregation and stay for Fellowship time following.

Q. What do I wear?

A. Whatever you feel comfortable wearing. People wear everything from their Sunday suits to business casual to shorts and sandals.
